Majestic flags, lighted garland and oversized wreaths greet you upon arrival. The decorations at The Roosevelt Hotel are exquisite and stunning. People from all over flock to see their display every December. It boasts 44 Christmas trees, 135,572 lights, 3,328 feet of winter branches, 2,200 glass ornaments and 698 hand tied bows ( source). The lobby’s block long decor was expanded this year to include 20,000 additional lights, double the bows & garland, new decor and classic favorites.
The Roosevelt New Orleans is a 125+ year luxury hotel (you can read about its rich history here.), that displays the most exquisite Christmas decorations in the lobby of their hotel each year. Before we attended the concert, we walked across the street to see the amazing Christmas decorations (#WaldorfWonderland) at The Roosevelt Hotel (A Waldorf Astoria Hotel) here in New Orleans. It’s just what you need this time of year.
